I am wonder why Lightroom works with DNG files but does not give me any option to connect my Canon EOS 5D Mark II with it. I used it on the Photoshop CS5 EOS 5D Mark II and I had no problems to connect with it. I observed that in the 4.37 version of Lightroom, it does not work even if I install some Canon drivers.
Now I installed the 4.37 version of EOS utility hotfix, and it works. I did not uninstall Lightroom so I just wonder what is going on here. Anyone know what is going on and how to get back my functioning Photoshop and Lightroom in the future?

I purchased my first copy of Lightroom 4 a while ago, and love it. I’m a full-time professional freelance photographer and Lightroom is a true dream come true for me. I love being able to tackle my images one after the other instead of trying to remember which order I took the photos. I find it amazing how much I can do with Lightroom, and it just keeps getting better. I’m not sure if my problem is with LR, or if it’s my computer. While I can’t find any information on how the GPU in the Mac is supposed to be used, I’m really hoping Lightroom isn’t using the video card. I have an AT&T/Sprint network (not compatible with CMCC/Apple) and I occasionally use the ability to use a modem to connect to the Internet. Perhaps the loading time would be faster if I connected to the Internet, but my DSL speed averages around 4.7 Mbps at times. I also plugged in a USB/Firewire drive and connected it to my computer to make sure the connection was fast enough. No luck identifying the problem.

I used to use Elements. Got a new computer and want to use Elements again. Can’t login. Can’t even get to the login screen. All I get is a 404 page. Windows 10. Tried the things on Windows 7.
