1: plug the cd-r in and start the cd-r (osx86-install-dmg.dmg) by double clicking its icon. left click the installer. keep in mind some steps arent done and dont need those. and dont install anything else till its done. in the installer hit “help” to see the help menu, use it. it installs OSX86 usual ways but alot of it is the same as the other installers where it will install everything but it doesnt install OSX86, you need to do that by manually updating. make sure to click the start button so you can message me or post.

Step 1: Boot your Mac with the cd in the tray. when you get the grub loader with loads of cmd options on boot hit “e” or ctrl-v to edit the commands. hit “e” again and go to the “linux” line and hit “e” and type:

Step 3: Now simply press Esc to boot your system. booting should take longer than normal because is loading everything from the cd. this will load bios, drivers, open source modules, partition resizing, disk resizing, etc. if you get errors or the screen goes black do not panic it means it is booting fine but it is doing this stuff in the background. your os should boot fine. let me know what you see.
